Social Media Tracking Pixels

This site makes use of a technology called Conversion Tracking – allowing us to track visitors who have been referred through a Facebook page, LinkedIn page, application or advertisement via a pixel. We use this information to make future advertising relevant to your interests.

Information shared with GrowFactor Limited via Facebook and LinkedIn will be used in accordance with GrowFactor’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties. 

Similarly, information shared with GrowFactor Limited via Facebook Lead Adverts and LinkedIn Lead Generation Adverts will be used in accordance with the GrowFactor’s Privacy Policy. Information shared via Facebook Lead Adverts will only be used to provide relevant information in relation to the particular advert/service advertised.

GrowFactor Limited, with your explicit consent, would like to contact you with information about products, services and special offers from us, as well as for market research. If you do not want to be contacted for these purposes, please advise us and we will amend our records. Your contact preferences can be amended at any time. If you wish to be contacted by email or other electronic means you must have provided us with express consent. Please remember, if you choose not to receive this information we will be unable to tell you about our products, services, special offers or discounts. We do not sell your information on to third parties.

Telephone calls with us may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Any employee receiving a SAR via email should forward this to Simon Kallu. Under the terms of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any such requests must be complied with within 28 days.

We may charge an administration fee (not exceeding the maximum permitted by law) in relation to fulfilling a request for access to personal information.
